Is raw honey the same as normal honey?

No. Most supermarket honey has been heated and filtered until the natural enzymes, pollen and antimicrobial compounds are destroyed. Raw honey is unheated, unfiltered and unpasteurised — everything stays intact exactly as it came from the hive.
Why has MyHoney gone solid?

Because it's real. Raw honey crystallises naturally — it's a sign nothing has been processed out of it. To soften it, sit the jar in warm water for a few minutes. Never microwave it.
When should I take it before training?

20–30 minutes before your session. Mix a spoonful into warm black coffee, tea or oat milk for faster absorption. For sessions over 90 minutes, take another spoonful halfway through.
