What does it taste like?

Chocolate or vanilla honey, with a thick, squeezable texture.

How much caffeine is in it, and who shouldn't take it?

Each 25g sachet provides approximately 200mg caffeine from guarana. For adults aged 18 and over.

High caffeine content (approx. 200mg per 25g sachet). Not recommended for children or pregnant or breast-feeding women. Do not exceed one sachet per day.

How many can I have a day?

One sachet a day. Do not exceed the recommended daily serving. Always follow the directions on your pack.

How is it different from a powder pre-workout?

It is ready straight from the sachet, so there is no mixing. Five ingredients, with the amounts shown on the label.

Is it vegan? What about allergens?

No. It contains honey. Check the allergen declaration on your pack before use.

How should I store it? What's the shelf life?

Follow the storage instructions on your pack and refer to its printed best-before date.

Raw honey

Why has my honey gone solid?

Raw honey naturally turns thick and creamy over time. That's normal. To make it runny again, stand the jar in warm (not hot) water.

Where is it from?

Our raw wildflower honey comes from Moldova.

Is it tested?
Yes. Our raw honey was independently tested for antibiotic residues, and none were detected. Read the results and view the report.
Can children have it?

Raw honey is not suitable for infants under 12 months. MyHoney Energy contains caffeine and is for adults aged 18 and over.

Orders

How much is delivery?

Standard tracked UK delivery is £3.95, or free on orders of £29.99 or more after discounts. Express (usually 1–2 working days) is £5.70. The Trial Pack on its own is £9.99 delivered by Royal Mail Large Letter, untracked.

When will it ship?

We dispatch within 2 working days, Monday–Friday, excluding bank holidays. Standard delivery usually takes 2–4 working days after dispatch; express usually takes 1–2. Courier delivery times are estimates.

Can I change or cancel my order?
Email fuel@myhoneyuk.com as soon as possible with your order number. You can cancel within 14 days after delivery. An opened jar or sachet can't be returned for a change of mind, but opening the delivery box or outer pouch doesn't remove that right. Please read our Refund policy for return instructions and your rights.
What's the 30-day taste guarantee?
If you are not happy with the taste, texture or experience, email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a few words about what did not work for you. We refund the product price without a return, even if it is opened. One claim per customer or household on retail orders placed at myhoneyuk.com. The taste guarantee doesn't include delivery charges, and your statutory rights are unaffected. See our Refund policy for the full terms.
Do you ship outside the UK?

Not yet. We currently deliver within the UK only.
