Same-day dispatch cut-off: 2pm
Orders placed Monday–Friday before 2pm are dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 2pm or at weekends are dispatched the next working day. You'll receive a dispatch confirmation email with your tracking link as soon as your order leaves us.

Where is my order?
Once your order is dispatched you'll receive an automated email from us with a tracking link. Click the link to see the live status of your delivery directly on the carrier's website
If you ordered before 2pm and haven't received a dispatch email by end of day, check your spam folder first. If it's not there,email us at fuel@myhoneyuk.comwith your order number and we'll look into it immediately.
Tracking updates can sometimes lag by a few hours after the initial scan — if your tracking link shows no movement for 24 hours after dispatch, contact us and we'll chase it with the carrier on your behalf.

1Check your email for a dispatch confirmation from MyHoney — it contains your tracking link and carrier reference number.

3If your parcel is shown as delivered but you haven't received it, check with neighbours and any safe places around your property first.

4Still can't locate it? Email fuel@myhoneyuk.com with your order number and tracking reference. We'll raise a claim and sort it.
Parcel shown as delivered — but not received? Royal Mail and Evri occasionally leave parcels with neighbours or in sheltered spots without clear notification. Check around your property before contacting us. If it's genuinely missing, we'll replace it.
Order arrived damaged
Take a photo of the damage and email it to fuel@myhoneyuk.com with your order number. We'll send a replacement the same day.
Glass jars are packed carefully but transit damage occasionally happens. It's on us — not you.
Part of my order is missing
Email fuel@myhoneyuk.com with your order number and tell us what's missing. We'll check your order and send the missing item straight away.
We pack everything ourselves and occasionally an item gets missed — we'll sort it same day.
Parcel returned to sender
This usually happens when delivery is attempted multiple times with no success. Contact us with your order number and we'll either reship to a confirmed address or issue a full refund.
We don't charge for reshipping in this situation.
Wrong address entered
Email fuel@myhoneyuk.com immediately with your order number and the correct address. If your order hasn't been dispatched yet, we'll update it.
Once dispatched we can't redirect the parcel — but if it's returned to us we'll reship to the correct address at no extra cost.
Order not arrived on time
Standard delivery is 2 working days from dispatch. If it's been more than 4 working days since your dispatch email and your tracking shows no update, email us.
Carrier delays are rare but do happen — we'll chase it and keep you updated.
Need to cancel my order
Orders placed before 2pm are dispatched same day — the window is short. Email fuel@myhoneyuk.com immediately with your order number and we'll do our best to stop it before dispatch.
If it's already shipped, you can return it under our 30-day guarantee for a full refund.
Returns & refunds
Returns made simple.
We don't make returns difficult. If you're not happy, we'll sort it.
We accept returns within30 days of receiving your order. If you're not satisfied for any reason, contact us and we'll process your refund without hassle.
In most cases,you don't need to send the product back. We'd rather refund you and understand what went wrong than spend money on return logistics for a jar of honey.
Refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 5–7 working days of us confirming the return. You'll receive a confirmation email when it's been processed.
Subscription orders follow the same returns policy. If you want to cancel a subscription and return your most recent order, contact us within 30 days and we'll handle both at the same time.

What we can't refund: We can't offer refunds on orders placed more than 30 days ago, or on products that have been significantly used beyond a reasonable trial (more than half the jar consumed). If you're unsure, email us — we'll always try to find a fair solution.
