- Email fuel@myhoneyuk.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a few words about what did not work for you.
- We refund the product price. No return is needed, even if opened. Delivery charges aren't included, and your statutory rights are unaffected.

Changed your mind?
You can cancel within 14 days of receiving your order. Opened jars or sachets can't be returned for a change of mind; opening the delivery box or outer pouch doesn't count. We refund the item price and standard delivery cost; you pay change-of-mind return postage. Email us first for return instructions. Your statutory rights are unaffected.
Damaged, faulty or wrong item?
Email fuel@myhoneyuk.com with your order number and a photo as soon as you can, ideally within 48 hours. This does not limit your legal rights. Choose a free replacement or full refund including delivery. You do not need to send damaged food back.
