Our review policy

Honest reviews of MyHoney
We use Judge.me to collect and display product reviews. Reviews must reflect a real experience of the product. Positive and negative feedback are welcome.
- We do not buy positive reviews or permit fabricated reviews, ratings or customer experiences. Any incentive must be for honest feedback, never a particular rating.
- Reviewers must disclose a free sample, discount or other incentive connected with the review. Those disclosures must remain visible when we publish or reuse the review.
- A verified-buyer label should be used only when a review has been matched to a genuine purchase. A reviewer who tried a sample can give genuine feedback without being described as a verified buyer.
- We may investigate or remove content that is fake, unlawful, abusive, unrelated to the product, or exposes private information. A negative opinion is not by itself a reason for removal.
- AI-generated people or quotes must not be used as evidence of a real customer review. Illustrative marketing images must not be presented as verified customer experiences.
Report a concern
Email fuel@myhoneyuk.com with a link or enough detail to identify a review you believe is misleading. We will review the concern and correct or remove misleading content where appropriate. Do not include another person's private information in a public review.
Our privacy policy explains how review information is handled. For a product problem or refund, contact us directly and see our refund policy; posting a review is not required to exercise your rights.
